Thin Space: Transcending the Ordinary

The very nature of art is to express the intangible and push us to explore and contemplate a deeper awareness of our surroundings. Thin Space, a metaphysical term is used to describe the awareness of places and moments that moves us toward something larger than ourselves, as though we are having an experience beyond the ordinary.
Three Austin women explore and reflect on this concept in three differing mediums. Each uses her artistic language to interpret the Thin Space experience.
The gallery has been closed since 2019. It’s opening refreshed and renovated with this inaugural exhibit.
